OSのバグが修正されるまでの間は、メモのアイコンをタップしてから実際にメモが画面に表示されるまでの間はできるだけホームボタンを押さないように注意して頂ければとおもいます。

このような状況になった場合はスリープボタンによる電源OFFも効かなくなるため、その場合は、スリープボタンとホームボタンを同時に長押ししてデバイスを再起動して下さい。

一番上の所は問題です。とても分かりにくいので、正直二点にするかと考えました。

日本語に戻せば多分こうなります：「OSのバグを修正している間にメモのアイコンをタップして実物のアプリが画面に表示される時にホームボタンを押さないようにしてください。」

それ以上説明するのが難しいですが、上に修理した翻訳もあります。

ちなみに「I apologise」と「I am sorry」の意味は同じですが、「apologise」には少しフォーマルな感じがあるため、「申し訳ありません」にはその方が良いと思います。
