届いた商品は、新品ということでしたが、デモCDは開封されていました。この商品は、プレゼント用に購入しましたので、新品のデモCDを別途購入しました。損害分として20ドルを返金して下さい。でなければ、悪い評価を付けざるを得ません。
届いた商品には、電源コードが入っていませんでした。電源コードを別途買わざるえおえません。また、excellent condition ということでしたが、天板は摺れが数か所あります。これらの損害分として20ドルを返金して下さい。
The product which arrived should have been new, but the demonstration CD was opened. Since I purchased this product for presents, I purchased a new demonstration CD separately. Please refund me 20 dollars for this damage. Otherwise I cannot but leave you bad evaluation.
The power supply cord was not in the product which arrived. I must buy new power supply cord separately. In addition, it should have had an excellent condition, but there are some scratches on the top. Please refund me 20 dollars for these damage.
