しかし、ネガティブのフィードバックでしたので、とても残念な気持ちでいっぱいです。
商品詳細ページに組み立てキットと記載していなかったことは、
気付かなかった私どもに過失があります。
本当に申し訳ありませんでした。
しかし、分って戴きたいのは商品ページを作成したのは私ではありません。

The translation itself isn't that bad
I would suggest not using "it" unless its part of the expression, or abbreviations (i.e didn't) considering it is an e-mail to a customer.
