製品のクォリティは良いですね。とても素晴らしい！
ただ、日本で販売するにあたり、少し課題もありました。

1.パッキングが不十分。
->箱を開けたところ、バックパックが何も梱包されていない
状態で出てきました。

テープでしっかりと箱が閉じてあったので、開梱時はカッター
ナイフを使う必要があります。
カッターナイフで開梱した場合、バックパックを切る可能性が
非常に高いです。特に税関の抜き打ち検査が危険です。
”開梱時にカッターナイフを使わないで！”というような
ステッカーは用意できませんか？

The quality of the item is splendid, really excellent.
But, there are some difficulties for selling in Japan.

1. Insufficient packaging
When we opened the parcel, the back pack was packed without any encasement.

Because the parcel is packaged using the packing tape, we need to open it using the cutter. But, the use of cutter may give damage to the back pack without encasement, especially during the customs sampling inspection. In connection with this, could you provide the caution sticker affixed to the parcel stating “Don’t use cutter for opening”?
