If you used a debit card, as opposed to a credit card, the authorisation should not be held for longer than 24 hours. Please note that once the authorisation is released, it may not appear as a refund on your statement, however the funds should be available in your balance.

Please be assured that this is normal, the amount will be released by your bank soon and will be available for you to use again. Please wait for it until 23 July 2013.
