I have been purchasing the items from the various on-line shops.

From my experience, it takes normally 10 to 20 days from the placing the order to the delivery.

I have normally considered that the item will not be delivered if I have to wait the delivery for more than 21 days.

You have shipped the item on July 4, and it has been 17 days after then.

Since I am very much attracted to your item, once I receive it I will place the order again.

As I have the trust on you and I wait for delivery until August 4.
