我々が販売したXboxのゲームソフトは日本製ですが、「PAL」方式「NTSC」方式の両方で使用
できるゲームソフトなので、住んでいる国による影響はありません。
今回、購入者が住んでいる国が「PAL」方式の国であるという理由で返金要求を受けた。
購入者が住んでいる国でも使用できる商品なので返金する必要がありません。
それでも購入者が返金を要求する場合、未開封であることを条件にこちらが支払った送料は
購入者に負担してもらいたい。
The Xbox game that we sold is a Japanese-region game, but as it can be used with both the PAL and NTSC systems, the country in which it is used is not relevant. The request for a refund we received was from someone living in a PAL region country. However as the item can be used in the buyer's country, there is no need to give a refund. If the customer still requests a refund, do so on the condition that the packaging has not been opened, and we would also like the buyer to pay the cost of the shipping fee that we paid.
