私は、メールやチャットなら出来るのですが、会話力には自信が無く、だいぶ前に電話で質問させて頂いたのですが、全く応対できず、困った経験が有ります。
今回の質問に関してはその経験が有る為に、メールで質問させて頂き、とても丁寧に応対して下さり、感謝しているのですが、支払の問題は解決せされて無いままの状態です。
相手先に再度連絡を取ったのですが、やはり連絡が取れない状態です。
ですので、問題は未解決のままという回答です。

I can handle e-mail and chat, but I am not confident in conversation. I made an inquiry by telephone long time ago, but I was at a loss where I couldn't talk at all.

Due to this experience, I am grateful that you answered my question in e-mail very politely, but the problem of payment has not been solved yet.
I tried to contact the person I need to talk about, but I was not able to reach him or her.
This means that the problem is not solved yet.
