アカウントの補足について所定の期限内に完了しなかった為アカウンを削除されましたが
私は御社と何度もやりとりをして1 Jun 2013 16:06のメールでアカウント情報に問題が
ないとメールを頂きました。その為安心していましたので今回の件はビックリしました。（補足箇所添付有）
具体的に登録情報が欠けている箇所をご指摘頂けると幸いです。

My account has been deleted as I could not finish about supplement of the account within the deadline, however, I have been contacting your company many times, and I have informed that there is no problem on my account information by email I received on 1 Jun 2013 16:06. So I was very shocked by this case as I thought everything was going OK. （補足箇所添付有）(there is an attachment for this supplementary part)
It would be great if you can point out the lacking part of my registration information.
I will try my best to solve this problem.

わかりやすい文です。ただ、↵
finish about は finishが他動詞として使用する場合がほとんどなので、aboutはつけないほうがいいと思います。↵

それとhoweverは接続詞にもなりますが、その場合は意味が違って使われ大体は副詞として使われます。butという意味では使われにくいのではないでしょうか。↵
使うなら;however とセミコロンをつけて使ったほうがいいと思います。↵
