先日商品を購入したのですが、フィギュアの腰に挿した刀の柄が無い事に気付きました。
箱は未開封なので、中を探してみても破片は見当たりません
パッケージの絵には柄がついていますが、不良品でしょうか？

商品を検品する際に、カッターで切り裂かれて商品が破損する事が頻繁にあります
手間なのでクレーム申請はしませんが、作業員のモラル向上に努めて頂きたい

I have purchased the item the other day, I have noticed there was no sword by the figure doll's side of the hip. the package is unopened. I have searched from outside, but couldn't see any little pieces.
On the image on the package has a helve. Is it a defective item?
I will attach the photo of the item, please check and let me know the result.

When the product has go through inspection process, it often happens that the item is cut and open by paper cutter and could damage the product. I wont make an claim for this time, as it is time and effort consuming. I would like you to improve moral and item handling of workers.
