備考: 御社というのは海外メーカーのことです。
彼というのはメーカーの日本の代理店（代理人）のことです。

もともと海外メーカーと直接取引をしていたのですが、突然日本の代理店なるものが現れて取引の間に入ってきました。
その代理店についてメーカーに送る内容です。

そこで、幾つかご報告とお伺いしたいことがあります。
まず、彼の信頼性についてです。
案内頂いた電話番号にかけてみたところ、全く話が通じません。
Takeuchi ryosukeという人物も御社名も全く知らないとのことです。
番号が間違っているのかとも思いましたが、会社名はGlorius Japan とのことなので、番号の間違いでは無さそうです。彼からの返信では、電話対応はしていないとのことです。
これは日本の商習慣上あり得ないことです。

I called the number you gave me, but I couldn’t share any information with the person on the phone.They didn’t even know Takeuchi Ryosuke and about your company.
I first thought that I called the wrong number, but the name of the company was Glorius Japan so, the number was correct. According to his mail, he mentioned that he is not dealing with any phone calls.
This is not acceptable in the Japanese business custom
