再度、規則違反をしてしまい誠に申し訳ありません。
前回、以下のように報告をさせていただきました。

報告通り、全商品を確認し、同様の出品が無いか確認しました。その後、該当商品は削除処理を行ったのですが、削除ボタンを押すのみで削除された結果を確認することが漏れてしまっていました。（システム上の問題で削除しきれていなかったようです）。そのため、削除されたと思い込んでしまっていました。
誠に申し訳ありません。

今後は同様のことの無いよう、削除結果の確認までを徹底します。

I made a report last time as follows:

As I reported, I checked all my listed items for the same kid of problems.
After that, I tried to delete the applicable items, but I just pushed the delete button, and failed to
confirm the results. (It seems that the items were not deleted due to the system problem.) So I mistakenly thought the data had been deleted.
I'm so sorry for the mistake.

I won't let it happen again, by making sure to confirm the deletion.
