Please do not worry, do not open dispute, any problem can be settle. I am sorry for the long shipping time ,I wish I can make the goods on your hands right now ,But I can't ,both custom and post is not under our control.
Would you pls let me know your shipping address so that I can double check and know if we ship to wrong address.
And could you pls wait more a week to get the item?
