②The only question is whether you would like me to ask customs to send it to you or just to leave them to do so when their holding period of 20 days or so expires. Given we are nearly at the 20th day it probably doesn't make much difference anymore. I trust that you understand that I am not being unreasonable in insisting on the refund option - the camera simply didn't arrive anywhere near your estimated delivery time and I absolutely needed to have a camera for my family holiday (I took 772 pictures and 21 video clips).
