読みやすくて素晴らしい訳ですね。
1点挙げるとすれば、訳2文目の最初の箇所「常時大型の注文をいただくお客様に対して、怒りをぶつけたり、何か利権を得ようとする」は、「常時大型の注文をいただくお客様から、怒りを買ったり、何か利権を得ようとする」の方が良いと思います。
