商品購入前に、日本へ送っていただけるかお聞きしたところ、「喜んでお送りします」とお返事をいただきました。
3/8に合計額をお送りいただきたく、リクエストを送りましたがお返事をいただいていません。
私はインボイスを送っていただきたいのでebayカスタマーサポートへ相談しました。
彼らは、リクエストをもう一度送るべきであると言いました。
