送っていただいた商品ですが、正常に動作しない状態です。
電源は入りますが、ヘッドの振動がありません。
御社より20台ほど同一の商品を購入していますが、初めてのケースです。
交換を希望します。
送料が高くなるのですが、こちらで負担になりますか？
船便なので時間がかかります。御社に到着後に換えの商品を送るのでしょうか?

Here, I'm sorry but the product you sent me is not in a good condition.
There is no vibration on the head although I can power it on.
I have bought more than 20 from your company, however, this is the first one that is not working properly.
Therefore, I'd like you to exchange it with a new one.
In this case, I guess the shipping fee will be expensive; do I have to pay that?
Plus, it will be sent by surface mail which takes more time. Are you supposed to send me a new one after you have received the old one?
