支払った金額のみしか関税を払いたくないからです。なぜ、支払った金額以上の関税を払わなくてはいけないのですか。
通関用として請求書を支払った金額に、修正して頂けませんでしょうか。
なぜなら、未入荷商品の関税を既に払っています。一度、払った関税に関しては、返却することができません。
どこに、未入荷商品の関税の負担を依頼できるのでしょうか。
また、デスクトップのファイルは閲覧できるのですが、ファイルの内容の修正ができないシステムになっています。
修理お願い致します。

I only want to pay customs duties for the amount which I have paid. Why do I have to pay customs duties for over and about the amount which I paid?
Please could you amend the invoice to the amount which was paid for clearing customs?
This is because I have already paid customs duties for un-received goods? It is not possible to get a refund for customs duties which you have already paid.
Where can I request charges for customs duties for un-received goods?
Also, I can view the desktop file, but I am not able to make amendments to the file with my system.
Please sort this out.
