商品が到着しているかのご確認

私は先日ウォルマートで商品を購入しました。注文履歴を確認したら6/24に到着となっています。しかし御社から到着の通知メールがまだ届いていません。ウォルマートの注文履歴には追跡番号がなく商品が到着した際の写真だけが確認できます。おそらく宛名に追跡番号や私のスイート番号が記載されていないと思います。ウォルマートはときどきこのような発送をします。この注文に関する資料をメールで送ります。商品の所在をご確認いただけますでしょうか。お返事お待ちしています。

Confirmation that the goods have arrived

I recently purchased an item from Walmart. I checked my order history and it says it arrived on 6/24. However, I have not yet received an email from your company notifying me of its arrival. The Walmart order history does not have a tracking number, only a picture of the item when it arrived. Perhaps there is no tracking number or my suite number on the address. Walmart sometimes ships this way. I will send you an email with documentation regarding this order. Can you please confirm the whereabouts of the item(s)? I look forward to hearing back from you.
