Because Hebrew is a gendered language, I decided (after much deliberating) that the primary CTA will be in the second person singular form, eliminating gender as much as possible, and that the following instructions will be in the second person plural form (which is gender-neutral).

So don’t forget to pay attention to all these places where everything is ship-shape, just as planned. because usability testing is designed not only to expose what doesn’t work, but also validate our assumptions and remind us that, at the end of the day, we really are pretty good at what we do :)
