こんにちは！遅れについて、申し訳ございません！Gialiのセットを買ったのですが、手足に接合のあるものだったので、セラーに対して通常のものと交換してもらうようにお願いしたのですが、交換品を受け取れず、連絡ももらえておりません。このように長期間待たせていることに大変申し訳なく感じておりますが、交換品を送ってくれることを待ち望んでいたのですが送ってもらえなかったのです。できる限り早く返金か、同じ商品を別のサイトから注文しますが、作業が完了するまでセットを待たなくてはなりません。ほかのキットなら何でもお選びいただけます。お好きなものをお選びください。重ね重ねお詫び申し上げます。
