1) I don’t know what is going on. The item was dropped at post office. I will check tomorrow

2) Unfortunately I don’t see how that’s going to solve anything. If they don’t show it scanned into the system that’s all they can say. I know this was dropped off with several other packages… I’m very sorry. We should wait a little while longer and if it does not show up I will be forced to refund you.

１．何が起きているのか分からない状況です。荷物が郵便局にありました。明日確認します。

２．残念ながら、問題解決の糸口が見つかりません。システムによりスキャンされているにも関わらず、それしか答えが分からないというのであれば、それが言える全ての事です。分かるのは、何しろ他の荷物とそこに落ちていたということだけです。申し訳ございません。どうなるのか、私ももう少し待ってみますが、もしかなわない場合は、返金措置を取ることになるでしょう。
