Straighten the bodywork

Degrease the sanded areas

If paint sprays decrease, check that the air inlet of the gun is not blocked

Let the primer dry then sand the entire body with 320 grit sanding disc

The black paint used is a two coats paint

This paint is diluted to 70%: for 300 ml of paint, add 300 * 0.7 = 210 ml of thinner

Apply 2 to 3 coats of base coat over the entire body

Apply 3 coats of clear coat, allowing 15 to 20 minutes between layers to dry so that the solvents evaporate

Clear coat sanding can be done with a 600W orbital buffer
If this clear coat has drips, orange peel, dust or insects, let dry the varnish at least 12 hours and then perform a wet sanding followed by a polish



Wet the disk and the surface then sand

Rinse with water then sand

The result after 800 grit wet sanding : the grain of the orange peel was broken

Continue 2500 grit wet sanding until a perfectly uniform surface

Apply the product on an all-purpose waffle foam polishing pad

Proceed element by element of approximately 1 m² without exceeding 1 minute per element as the product must be wiped before it dries

Spread the wax with a microfiber cloth

Use an adhesive for bodywork to refit the vehicle badges
