About the warranty, there is a standard 12 months warranty on the products.
This does not cover excessive use, or abuse.
But it covers product failure and defects.
For this, we exchange units 1:1.
So you can return the units to us, and we will replace.
What you can do to make less trouble for you: if some user mouse is defect, and some other user Chuck is defect, you can ask each one only the return the defective piece, and send a mouse, and a chuck to them as replacement. So instead of 2 defective unit, you only have 1 defective unit to return.
