As a native Japanese speaker, I pay extra attention to the correctness and naturalness of the language in translation, as well as to conveying original meanings without losing or changing information given. This can be archived by understanding original text accurately, which is made possible for me from my experience of living and working in the UK for 20 years.

I have been working as a freelance translator for many years after graduating a UK university where I read Language Studies with Linguistics and working for an international hotel corporation where I worked as an analyst at Information Services department which included translation jobs.
対応可能時間
I normally work between 10am and 10pm (Greenwich Mean Time). For urgent jobs, I could arrange working outside this time.

Hi! I am a freelance translator specializing in tourism, food&drink, art&craft, nature&heritage. Japanese is my native language but I have been living in the UK for the past 20 years so I translate both Japanese to English and English to Japanese. My interest and knowledge in language have been proven by my past experience in website localisation and translation works as well as Bachelors degree in Language Studies with Linguistics, PG Diploma in Teaching Japanese as a Second Language, both obtained from UK institutions. I am currently studying a masters degree in Translation Studies alongside taking on regular translation jobs.
