10日の休演日に、メンバー全員と今後のイベントの打合せとパッケージ用の写真撮影を是非行いたいと考えてますが、○日午後から夕方頃までのメンバーのスケジュールはいかがでしょうか？もし調整可能でしたら、今のところ午後からスタジオで撮影して、終了後今回のイベントスタッフと打合せができればと考えています。撮影、打合せあわせて5時間いただけるとありがたいです。いかがでしょうか？

I would like to have a meeting for our future events and do photo shooting for the package with our entire member on the 10th, when we do not have performance. I would like to see the members' availability on X day from afternoon to evening. During the off-stage day on 10th, I would love to have a meeting with every member on our future events and to make a photo shoot for the packaging. How is the schedule of the members from the afternoon of xxx (10th?) to the evening? I would like to have a mmeting with all the members to discuss over further events and then take pictures for packages on 10th when we don't have a stage. How is going to be the schedule of members on ○th from afternoon to early evening? If we can adjust their schedule, my current plan is to take pictures from the afternoon and start the meeting with event staffs afterward. It'll take 5 hours to fhinish both taking pictures and the meeting. How does it all sound?
