私は商品の画像から、詳しい皿の状態について判断が出来ませんでした。そしてこの皿の状態（特にクラック、チップ、修復の有無について）この出品者に尋ねました。出品者からの回答は、「ダメージ、修復は一切無く、とても良い状態」でした。
落札後、受け取った皿には以前に割れた跡を修復したものであり、更にクラックも一点見られました。私は出品者に、この皿の状態を説明し、返送するので返金して欲しいと伝えました。しかし、出品者は「皿にはいかなる修復、ダメージも無いので返品には応じない」との回答です。

I couldn't understand the detail condition of the saucer from the picture. So I asked the seller the condition (of the crack, tip, or fixed record). The answer was "It is of good condition, and no damage and fixed record."
After successful bit, there was one crack and fixed record. I asked the seller to give my money back by sending back the saucer with explanations. The seller, however, replied that "There are no fixed records and damages, so I can't pay your moneys back.

It was impossible to see the detailed condition of the plate from the picture so I asked the seller about the condition ( especially about crack, chip, and whether it was patched-up). The seller's answer was "There is no damage or patch-up and it is in great condition". When I received the plate, I found a patch-up to conceal a crack and I also found another crack. I told the seller about the condition and demanded refund, but he told me he would't accept return because "there is no patch-up or damage on the plate".
