この度イヤホンを購入させていただきました○○と申します。
さっそく商品のイヤホンを使って試聴してみたところ
右側のイヤホンから音が出ませんでした。
iPhone、iPod touch、MacBookAirと、色々なもので試しましたが、
いずれも右側だけ音がでませんでした。
新品を購入させて頂きましたが、どうなっていますでしょうか？
商品を送り返すので、新しい商品を送ってください。
着払いで返送予定です（FeｄEx)。送り先の住所を教えて下さい。

I'm ○○ who purchased earphones the other day.
I have tried them as soon as I received them but there was no sound coming out from the right earphone.
I tried them with iPhone, iPod touch, and MacBook Air but the right one still doesn't work with any of them.
I wonder what is going on with them even though I purchased brand new ones.
I will send them back so please send me the new ones.
I'm going to send it back by collect via FedEx. Please give me the address.
