I'm requesting a refund for one of the products I purchased on February 15th. Reasons: the names on the 2 cards which come with the item are totally different. Because of the reasons above, this product cannot be sold on Japan. There's a doubt that it could be fake so the price will be 0 yen. Please refund 300 dollars or send me a correct item immediately. I will only cover the shipping cost to send it back. I have purchased 6 items from you before. I hope to receive your sincere correspondence.

Reason: Two cards which is attached to this item has a totally different name.
Because of this reason, we cannot sell this item in Japan. Since it has a doubt of a fake item, its value is 0 yen. Return $300 back, or send me a genuine item. I return this item and I will pay for the shipping. I have already bought 6 items from you. I'd like you to show some respect about this incident.
