wester union を使ったことがないですが、使うことはできます。
しかし初期登録に時間がかかるようです。恐らく使用できるまでに１週間以上はかかると思います。
今回、商品AAAのサンプルは削ってください。
商品BBBと商品CCCの２つだけでいいです。
そうすれば代金は足りるでしょう。

I can operate the western union, although I have never used it before. The initial set up seems to take a while; I expect it will take at least a week before it is up and running.
Please disregard the request for a sample for product AAA. Just the product BBB and CCC will do for now.
The fees should be enough in this case.
