I believe you've received the wristwatches I returned to you; however, I haven't heard anything back from you.
Upon confirming the fact that they're broken, I would like you to either send me replacements or give me a full refund.

I believe you should have received the watches that I sent back to you, but I have not heard anything from you yet.
