到着時9体が壊れて到着しました。特に価値の高いフィギュアも含まれていたため一部返金を要求致します。
壊れやすい商材のため、梱包が不十分であったことは明らかであると考えています。52体のセットで入手することに価値を感じていたのでこのように多くの破損品が含まれていたことで私にとって価値はない取引です。

9 of them arrived broken. I demand a partial refund especially since an expensive figure was included.
In my understanding, the packaging was not apparently good enough for the fragile material. Purchasing 52 of them as a set was worth obtaining, so now the transaction is worthless for me as it contained many damages as such.

9 were damaged when I received them. As expensive figures were included, would you refund me partially? As material was easily to be damaged, I assume that they were not packed carefully.
As I thought that they were valuable in the respect that I obtain by a set with 52 pieces, it is a business that does not have a value for me since many damaged items were included.

9 bodies are found to have broken down when arrived.
As it includes a high valued figure so that we demand a partial refund here.
Since the items are fragile we are sure the packaging of the item was subject to be not enough during the shipment. At first, this dealing was valued in order to obtain a set of 52 bodies, however, it included some broken item so it resulted in me a discouraging dealing in here.

9 figures has broken after arrived. Especially, It includes expensive figures so I require a part of the returning fees.
It is commodity which is easy to break, so it is obvious not enough to be packed.
I felt that it worth getting by only 52 sets damaged item of figure, so It seems like worthless dealing for me by including the lot of damaged items like this.
