アメリカのXXX社に問い合わせたら、弊社の所在地が日本なので、日本のXXX社でしか対応できないと言われました。
よって、日本のXXX社にて商品の検査をしました。
その結果、貴社の商品は正規のパーツを使っていないので、XXX社の製品と認められない、という検査結果が出ました。
対象の商品はYYYとZZZです。
XXX社から届いた書類を添付します。
商品が正規品ということを証明できれば取り扱い量を10倍以上に増やせますが、弊社は未だに証明できていません。
証明する方法はありますか？
