と思い、購入しました。
(画像は送って貰える品物だと思いました)
送ってもらった数量でこの金額は、
日本で買うよりも高く、とてもガッカリです。
2ヶ月も待ったというのにです。
全額とは言わないので、一部返金してください。
40%くらいで手を打ちます。
あなた方の販売の仕方は説明不足です。

If you sell something, why don't you use pictures of them you will actually send to customers?
I'm sure you will receive more and more negative feedbacks.
Having seen the picture, I purchased the item assuming it was small 50ct briolette with 20cm as there was no description about the stone size.
(I thought you would send me the item in the picture.)
You can purchase this quantity cheaper in Japan and I'm very disappointed.
I even waited for 2 months.
At least, please give me a partial refund like 40%.
I think you really should give customers more detailed information.

If you sell an item, it is better to list the item you send on the image.
The rating will be poorer.
As I saw the item and size of the stone was not listed, I thought that it is briolette that is 50ct by 20 centimeters. Then I purchased it. (I thought that you send the image for this item.)
This amount by the volume you sent to me is higher than I purchase in Japan, which made me disappointed. I waited for as long as two months.
Would you refund part of it?
I compromised at 40 %.
The way you sell the item needs more explanation.

If you will sell the items you should upload the real picture of them, don't you think?
