The concern we and the bank have is that the claim right of the bond belongs to both companies A & B, and the duplicated bond will be claimed, so if we can prove there is no such risk, it would make it easier for us to process the request. Please kindly take this into your consideration.
In my understanding the subject matter is urgent, have you had a chance to proceed with the IRC issuance?
