4/16に一時帰国し、現在まで日本にみなし再入国ができずに困っています。
1）インドネシアを出国するための条件はありますか
2）日本に入国するルールはご存知であれば分かりますでしょうか。

I'm sending this email because there's something I want to ask.
There's an Indonesian who owns an exchange student visa for Japan.
He temporarily returned to Indonesia on April 16, but currently he can't go back to Japan again and he's troubled because of that.
1. Is there any requirements to be able to go out of Indonesia?
2. Do you know if there's any rules for going in to Japan?
I'd appreciate it if you would tell me these.

We have Indonesian person who has a visa for student of Japan.
S/he went back to home on April 16, and could get the special re-entry permission until now. So, we face trouble now.
1) Are there any condition to go out from Indonesia?
