輸送のタイミングとしては、日本の検査機関より合格の連絡が来た時とさせて頂きたいです。
日本の検査機関による検査が完了するまでの間、商品を御社倉庫にて保管して頂くことは可能でしょうか？

As for timing of transportation, we will send when the inspection company in Japan notifies "passing".

I would prefer the time of the shipment is when we got a contact from the inspection institution in Japan.
Is it possible to keep the items in your warehouse until the inspection institutions completes its inspection.
