輸送中に破損したというあなたの考えには同意できません。荷物が到着したとき、外箱に大きなダメージは見られませんでした。また、レコード・カバーの 2つの split は、輸送中にダメージを受けたものには見えません。cellophane tapeの跡は、split を補修したものですし、spine の split は、明らかに紙の経年劣化によるものです。誠意ある対応をお願いします。

I cannot agree with you idea of the item damaged during shipping. When the item arrived, there had not been any damage outside the box. Also, the two splits of the record cover do not look the damages took during shipping. The trace of cellophane tape is one fixed the split, and the spine's split is clearly from the age of the paper.Please do handle this issue with senserity.

I can't agree with you idea that it was broken during the freight.
When the item arrived, there were no big damage outer box.
Two split of the record cover doesn't seem to get damaged during the carriage.
The marks of cellophane tape was to repair split, and split of spine is obviously due to age deterioration.
