1年ほど経過しましたが、HMRCのauditが完了する見通しがないのでVATの登録を解除し、
UKでの販売をやめようと思います。
VATの解除するために御社にお支払いする料金はいくらになりますか？
またauditが何年か続くことも考え、VATナンバーを登録している日本の法人も閉鎖しようと思います。
日本の法人を閉鎖しても特に問題はないですか？

Hello.
Although one year has passed, it seems that there is no possibility that the audit of HMRC would be completed. I am thinking I should cancel VAT registration and stop selling in the UK.
How much will you charge for a cancellation of the VAT registration?
Also, I intend to close my Japanese legal corporation where the VAT number is registered since the audit may continue for a few years.
Will there be any problem in closing my Japanese corporation?
