I think you can check the situation earlier than waiting the survey result from Japan.
Also, can you let us know the answer from Royal Mail?
In addition, I send you the delivery history's screen shot for Royal Mail which our shop normally checks and image for delivery evidence copy. Please check it.
I cannot attach the photo and that is why I send you 2 same content mails.
