特許侵害商品の販売差し止めにつきまして
いつもお世話になっております。
弊社は、商品Aの生産元でありますG社より
日本での独占販売を任されておりますA社と申します。代表の大滝です。
下記出品者ですが、日本のアマゾンにて、中国国内で違法に生産をした同内容の商品の出品を行っております。
現在、TPE素材を使用したカミソリ刃クリーナーの特許はG社が保持しており、
中国国内の生産、は違法となります。
こちらの販売を停止していただけますよう、強くお願いいたします。特許の書類を添付させていただきます。
