Do I have to forward the one with the sign made by me to your company by international mail? (Is only scanned image all right for you?)

I will send you a scanned document with signature on the 2nd page and with the seal on the attached files.
As I checked the arrival of the email shortly but I didn't receive the one with attached file in the past April.
I am so sorry because you had to wait for a long period for the document with signature.
If you need a 1st page to be filled with the signature, please let me know.

Thank you for e-mail.I'm going to sign on secound attached document,and scan it and send it back.I had been checking e-mail on April but it wasn't received.If you have been waiting it get signed,I would apologize.
