商品ページでは箱付きですが、実際に届いたのはバブルラップに包まれただけでした。
私は箱付きで欲しかったので、勘違いしました。
もともと、箱付きではないなら、私は注文していません。
届く商品と違うなら、商品ページに記載するべきではありません。
顧客に誤解を生むことになります。

The description page shows that the item comes with a box, but acutally what has arrived was wrapped by a bubble wrap materials.
I wanted one with a box and it made me make a mistake.
If it had not meant to come with a box , I wouldn' have ordred it.
You should not have shown it on the listing page like that, if the item ordered doesn't arrive as it shown on the page.
You just end up causing a misunderstanding to customers.

On the product page, the item comes with a box, but the actual item received was merely wrapped in a bubble wrap.
I guess I was mistaken because I was expecting to receive the item with a box.
If I knew the box was not included, I wouldn't have ordered that item.
I would suggest you that you should not list an item on the product page if it is not meant to be shipped in the same condition as it may be misleading to customers.

The item page says it has a box with it however it was just wrapped with bubble wrap.
I would have liked to be with box originally I didn't notice that.
Unless it has a box with item, I don't place an order for you.
If different item is to be delivered , you shouldn't show them on the item page any more.
It may create anxiety for customers.
