I have not experienced any claim nor parts defect complain nor return request from any buyer whom gave me positive feedback. You are the first. I have been checking this reel but there has been no issue. If you require a product in a brand new condition, I advice to buy a new product. If you claim for any defect, 1 month from purchase is the common term. It is not fair to claim after 2 months.
