出品用のアカウントにログインする事が出来ません。
二段階認証に登録している電話番号にコードを送っても
電話が掛かって来ないです。
バックアップ用の番号にも掛かって来ません。
ログイン出来ないのでとても困っています。

Hello.
I can not log in on my account for selling items.
I sent a code to the phone number registered for 2-step verification, but haven't received a phone call.
Nor have I received a phone call to the phone number for backup.
I'm really in trouble.

How do you do?
I cannot log in account for listing an item.
I sent a code to telephone number registered at two step authorization, but do not receive a call.

I can't log in to the account to place items for sale.
There is no phone call even if I sent the code to the registered phone number for two-step authentication.
There is no phone call to the number for back up either.
