私のお客様からリージョンフリープレーヤーでリージョンBのブルーレイが再生できないと連絡がありました。
お客様から商品を受け取り、私が試したところ同じく再生できませんでした。
私が持っている他の同機種で試したのですが、同様にリージョンBが再生できませんでした。
添付されているマニュアルのとおりにやっているつもりですが、何か再生するコツなどはありますでしょうか。
アドバイスいただけますと幸いです。

One of my customers contacted me and said that he couldn't play a region B Blu-ray disc on a region free player.
I got the disc from him and tried to play it but couldn't.
I also tried to play it on another same model but couldn't play it either.
I followed the enclosed manual.
Can you please tell me how to play it?
Your advice would be much appreciated.

I have a contact from a customer saying Region B's Blue-ray of Region-free player cannot work.
When I tried after receiving it from the customer, it did not replay as the same.
Although my other same kind of device did not reply Region B.
Although I am working on the attached manual, is there any tactic to replay?

My customer has contacted me and told that he (or she) was not able to play region B in a Blu-ray on a region free player. I borrowed the product from him (or her) and tried to play it myself but it didn’t work either.
I even tried mine which is the same model as his (or hers) but again, I wasn’t able to play the region B either.
So is there any tip for this? I think I am doing all this along with the how to manual attached to it though.

So I have got the disk in person and checked it out but it is not working.
So i tried that blue ray to the other region free disk player, but the B blue ray can not play.
Though i tried to the manual attached of the player.
Do you know any other way to play it?
