ZARA's home brand tag was attached to A's box sheets (double).
As it is sold at department stores, if they find tag of low priced ZARA home, contact will be cancelled and we will not be able to sell at Japanese department stores.
Through what kind of channel do you sell these items to us?
Aren't they resale of stock from other shops?
B class items (linen and towel)
- oil stain
- brown stain
- mixed colored threads
How does your inspection system work?
Please send as a work flow.
Seen over package, we found the following number of items.
Please make refund for the amount of items.

The brand tag of ZARA was attached on the box sheets of A (double).
As we sell the item in the department store, if it turns out that the tag of ZARA Home which is in the lower price range, we cannot sell them in the department store any more because it is against the contract.
In which sales channel do you use to sell these items to us?
Aren't they reselling item of the stocks of other shops?
