オーダー番号1と2のグローブは両方共キャンセルになっているのですか?
オーダー画面では発送まで8~10日となっているのに2週間経って今頃キャンセルは対応が遅い!
大変安く購入できて助かっていますが、いつも商品が無い場合の連絡がおそすぎる。
当社の場合お客様から注文を受けてから御社に発注しているので早く連絡をもらわないと困る。
多くの取引があると思うがもっと早い対応を望む

Are gloves ordered with order number 1 and 2 both cancelled?
On the ordering screen, it says it takes about 8 to 10 days to ship the items.
I must say you should have told me earlier as it has already been 2 weeks since I placed an order.
I am very much grateful that I can purchase the items for a very reasonable price.
However, it is always very late that you tell me you don't have items available.
I always place orders with you after I receive orders from our customers, so it is really important for me to know any delays of your delivery.
I know you do business with many other companies and must be busy.
However, I do hope that you always contact me as soon as possible.

Are both orders 1 and 2 for gloves are cancelled?
Order screen says it takes 8 to 10 days before shipping, but after 2 weeks you want to cancel it, it's too late!
We can buy at very reasonable price and it helps us a lot, but your out of stock information always comes too late.
In our case, we place an order to you upon receipt of order from our customer, so you must inform us at soonest otherwise we will be troubled.
We know you have a lot of business going on, but we'd like to ask you to take care of matters more promptly.

Did you cancelled the order number 1 and 2? You mentioned the handling time for shipping was 8-10 days on the order page, but you did cancelled it after two weeks! It is too late! I'm always happy to use your service because I could buy your products cheaply, but your reply is always late very much when it is out-stock. We usually place orders with you after our customers order with us, so such a late response is not good for us. I know you have a lot of deals with your customers, but I really hope you reply me more quickly.

I was helped our greatly thanks that the items are pretty good price, but always kind of late to contact me when out of stock.
We order items as soon as when we receive order from the customer, and it is our service for our customers.
so We need you contact us if something problem happened and out of stock.
