商品は8/20にデンマークに到着したが保管期限を過ぎたので日本に返送されたと郵便局員から説明を受けた
商品配達時に君は不在だったようだ郵便局から連絡はなかった？何か受け取れない理由があった？

大変申し訳ないが、これは私のミスではないので、もう一度商品を発送する場合は君が送料を払う必要がある

The person in charge of the post office told me that the item had arrived at Denmark on August 20th, but as the storage limitation was over, it was returned back to Japan.
It seems that you were not present when the item was delivered. Have you received any message from your local post office? Or did you have any specific reason you could not receive the item?
As I would like to resolve this issue for both you and me, I appreciate if you reply to me.
I am sorry but you need to cover the shipping fee in case I need to arrange the shipment to you again because this is not my fault.

I'm very sorry but this is not my mistake, so when I resend the item, you should pay for the shipping cost. Actual samples of 125 wonderful silk selected for the first silk goods review board held at Fukui Prefecture in Japan in 1936 are put on the book.
