商品がアメリカから返品され次第すぐに再送しようとは思っています。
しかし、まだ商品はアメリカにあるためそれができません。
現地の郵便局に問い合わせて頂けませんか？
トラッキングナンバーと身分証があれば荷物を受け取れる可能性があります。

I check tracking information of the item every day.
I will resend the item as soon as it's returned from US.
However, the item is still in US and I cannot do so.
Will you please check with the local post office?
If you provide tracking number and show your ID, you might be able to receive parcel.

But as it is still in the States, I cannot send it.
May I ask you to inquire the post office in your area?
If you have a tracking number and identification card, you might be able to receive the item.
